Its been Bad Lately Trying to Lose Weight When I can't Swim !!

I tell you what….. It has been a frustrating past month or so for me. I am out here in the hot California Desert and my family and I have a nice Pool right near the mountains. Well, for some dang um reason when I go swimming my ears just get stopped up later on in the day.
It has really gotten bad and now I cant even get my hair wet in the Pool because my ears will get stopped up for a few days. And I will not be able to even hear anything!!
This has hindered my workout schedule as I love to include swimming as an activity to get in shape and lose weight effectively. Swimming is probably one of the top 5 overall exercises to lose weight and stay in good cardiovascular shape. One of the reasons why it is better than my beloved exercise of Running is that it is easy on your limbs. The Water in a pool gives you less impact on your knees and joints.
Whereas Running on the roads over time can cause significant wear and tear on the knees, feet, and ankles as well as the shins. When I do run I try to stay on the desert sand out here. We have a Canyon right next to our house that runs thru the Santa Rosa Mountains and it is really a great way to stay in shape and keep your joint in tact.
But I do love swimming and all I have to do to use it is walk out y back door.
I will try to find some solution for this……maybe some kind of ear plugs or something to keep the water out of my ear canal.
In meantime, I suggest for those who dont have similar ear canal problems to put on those trunks and do a little swimming. You will notice a loss in belly fat over time as well as progress in your Cardiovascular System.
